Summer Programs

Our summer program continues our Montessori curriculum with flexible scheduling and pro-rated monthly fees so you can pick the times you need to fit your family schedule.

Each week of the summer program centers on a different, fun interactive theme.  A wide variety of exciting field trips and guest speakers showcase our themes and solidify what we are exploring.  Our theme weeks are woven into our academics activities each day creating a well-balanced routine. We enjoy the outdoor time on our spacious playground, great for sprinkler fun or just having our morning snack!

Summer is a time of great transition for your child! Joining us in this enthusiastic atmosphere of learning and exploring is a great way to continue learning from one school year to the next.

School Aged Activities (ages 6 - 12)

For our older children two class periods are offered.  The morning class is 8:30-11:30.   Lunch and recess follow with our afternoon class running from 12:30-3:00.

Our morning session is specifically designed with academics in mind.  An informational sheet is used to help determine what you would like your child to focus on throughout the summer. Subjects include language, math, science and social studies.  Based on your preferences, a curriculum folder is developed specifically for your child each week, which forms the basis for their studies.  In addition exciting themes are explored creating a variety of interest!

The afternoon class period is provided exclusively for children ages 6 – 12.  Our Montessori trained teachers bring fun and excitement to this program.  Classes are all about learning to interact with each other and exploring new fascinations.  Theme weeks continue to provide new and exciting subjects to explore during an educational, exciting, and fun-filled summer!
